By Pass Rotameter
By Pass Rotameter is arrangement of the Glass Tube Rotameter, which
is connected to the heavy flow pipeline of steam or chemicals in parallel
connection which is introduced in to line by orifice plate assembly
which helps to induce the desired pressure drop. pressure drop are not
permanent and are designed such a way that pressure is regained up
to 95%. the follow up pressure differential is used to lift the float inside
the glass tube rotameter, the device will measure the flow rate of steam
line by proportionality gradient. relative to d/D ratio of the pipeline.
By pass rotameter can be manufactured for horizontal or vertical
arrangements
