It all began in 2002 when our founder made a bold decision to leave a secure corporate life in Mumbai and build something of his own. With a keen determination and a glimpse into the future, operations began on a very humble scale at Ankleshwar with a dream to serve the ever-growing needs of India's and the world's leading Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, and other process industries. This small beginning soon turned into a mission to leave footprints across the globe. The hard work, together with a dedicated team of engineers and managers, gradually helped in building what today is known as the Fidicon brand. We have, over the years, regularly expanded our product portfolio, not only to meet urgent maintenance and service needs but also to help clients indigenize components, offering equal or superior quality at substantially economical rates.
Today, Fidicon caters to both local and international markets, with a strong export presence across the Middle East, North America (USA & Canada), Europe, and several other regions. Our product portfolio comprises a wide array of Process Control, Safety Equipment, and Measuring Instruments such as Breather Valves, Flame Arresters, Safety Relief Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves, Pressure Reducing Stations, Strainers, Pipeline Strainers, Sight Flow Indicators, Manometers, Level Switches, Gauge Hatches, Metal & Glass Tube Rotameters, Purge and Bypass Rotameters, Orifice Flange Assemblies, Liquid Level Indicators, and many more. That was the time when the company was untiringly working to establish itself in manufacturing, dealing in selective trading products. Keeping our eyes on quality and continuity, we managed to satisfy BAY AREA customers and competed with several well-known brands. Testine a Calise.
In this decade, the company further enhanced its capabilities by the development of several new products and entered into the manufacturing domain of Process Control, Measurement, and Safety Equipment. From 2005 onwards, we introduced various specialized products like Variable Area Flowmeters, Control Valves, Breather Valves, Flame Arresters, Pressure Safety Valves, Level Indicators, etc., that enhanced our position in the industry and expanded our technical capabilities.
During this stage, further enhancement of manufacturing and a significant expansion in product offerings took place. Advanced Process Control, Measurement, and Safety Equipment were brought into our range, further refining the range of products like Variable Area Flowmeters, Control Valves, Breather Valves, Flame Arresters, Pressure Safety Valves, Level Indicators, and others. This has been a period of steady growth, technological improvement, and a stronger foothold in domestic and industrial markets.
During this tenure, the company substantially upgraded its manufacturing unit by incorporating advanced hi-tech machinery, modern tooling systems, safety equipment, and precision quality-measuring instruments. Along with infrastructure development, intensive training programs for employees were conducted to fulfill the increasing demands of customers. This ensured that we delivered high-quality products at the most optimal and competitive prices.
Meanwhile, the company continued to expand its portfolio with a wider range of solution-oriented products and services for its esteemed customers. Fidicon remained committed to delivering every order within the promised timelines, thereby building on trust and reliability. A major milestone was achieved in 2021 when the company turned Private Limited, marking a new era of growth. The Design and Research & Development departments were further strengthened, thus enabling us to render innovative solutions and highly efficient products like never before. This phase also saw considerable enhancement in production capabilities, thus facilitating faster output, better customization, and superior product performance.
